A Sneak Peek Inside Wifey's House

My kids went back to school today. Need I say more? I've taken a break from running around the house naked to share my traditional first day of school pictures ...

See, I wasn't the only one smiling.

Miles is in 3rd grade. Gasp! My baby. I can't believe it!

Milan, my little princess, is ready to rule first grade.

While it's no secret I'm a little excited for them to go back to school, there's still a tiny piece of me that misses them already ... and it's only 9 a.m. Shh, don't tell anyone, but I'll be the first mom at the end of the school day waiting anxiously at the bus stop.

Wow - who are those kids?! How did they get so big? How did they get so sweet and so smart?! I am such a proud Auntie and I can't wait to hear all about their first day!

PS - Congrats on getting your days back!!! ;)

Awwww. I have a week and a half still. After careful consideration. And I do mean careful. I have come to the conclusion, I AM NOT READY! This year while everyone else is all smiles, and ready to go, I'll be the grumpy on in the corner with a frown! And we still have to go school shopping for clothes. I really hate that part. We tried to do it early, we really did. But NOTHING was out, nothing!

LOL @ taking a break from running around the house naked. Such cutie pies. I still want you to clone Miles for me. This is the first time in 7 years I'm not getting ready for back to school. Weird. Hope they had a wonderful first day.

How cute! I adore back to school pics. My kids are starting 11th grade in Sept and I will still take them.

Ha! You were running around the house naked too??
Well, actually my kids don't start school until next week. I will probably be out of town. Can you imagine? Not being here on my kid's first day of school? I know...crazy.

LOL! I would run around the house naked also, but second born is still being homeschooled and he'd probably ask to go to school after that scary view of Mama.

Great pics, your kids are adorable!
I totally understand how them going to school is bittersweet , you look forward to it but you kind of want the day to go by alittle quick so you can hurry and have them home again :)

They are sooo cute! My man in training (MIT) goes to school soon (big as in 13 year old). I'm so not prepared to send him back to school.
