My husband's schedule recently changed and it has forced me to be flexible with my workout. I walked with the baby in the stroller, at the park, with my goal being to burn the same number of calories that I do in the gym; 500. My other 3 are away at Grandma's this week, so next week I'm going to have to be at the gym by 6 if I want to workout. The gym's childcare will take the baby at 3 months (next week), but the idea of taking 4 children to the gym overwhelms me!!!
